Each time we viewed something not quite right for us, they were warm and welcoming, so professional and honest. There was no pressure or hard sale approach. Michelle showed us the place we bought and there was an absolute feeling of the process being in safe hands with her. It was so smooth and also I felt Michelle and her colleagues were very compassionate and patient with both the sellers and us, this encouraged a sale bang on the date we’d all aimed towards. I’m so grateful for our home and for this agency making it possible. I recommend so highly.

24th Sep 2024 (10 weeks ago)Have you ever asked yourself, 'Are estate agent fees really worth it?'. I am sure we all have during easy market times when sales flow. I recently engaged with Strutt Parker, Shrewsbury to sell my property. It was a protracted sale with unexpected twists and turns, and I was so glad I had them on my side. Alastair at Strutts discussed every aspect of the sale with me, was highly collaborative, and just went above and beyond at every step of the process. The photos and marketing material were outstanding, and the advice at key stages made the difference in securing a completed sale. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Alastair, the team at Shrewsbury and Strutts, for your sale.
21st Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.

- 30th Sep 2017 (7 years ago)They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.

4th Nov 2024 (4 weeks ago)Been busy after my house move sorting but wanted to leave feedback regards my experience with Monopoly. The process was longer than initially thought down to problems at bottom of the chain as well as few issues that arose with survey. The team at Monopoly Llanbedr handled it all in a timely, efficient and friendly but professional manner, always keeping me up to date and were helpful with information needed to resolve issues from the survey. It’s an emotional and stressful process selling and buying g property which can take its toll but it was all made that little bit easier having the right people working alongside me. Would highly recommend Monopoly for selling and buying a property.

5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
