Needed to visit property on various occasions with builders etc and never any problem for them to be there at times suitable to me
Had I been the vendor I would have been extremely satisfied with the very professional job they did in selling me our new home 5*

Went without hot water for 9 months, despite being pointed out on an inspection and rung up about numerous times, including the boiler man directly who says landlord refuses to buy new boiler.
Now tenancy is at the end, conveniently lost all records of this "lack of hot water" leaving a "he said she said" tale.
Shame on you!

To say this wasn't the average "run of the mill" sale would be an understatement and they went above and beyond my expectations to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Quite a poor service. They like to milk landlords by putting pressure on tenants to report the smallest things so they can send out a tradesman. The attitude by some of the renting department is very snotty. It took 13 months to replace a rotten window which through the winter froze up on the inside. They would fob us off by saying some one is on with it. 13 months it's disguising we had a 7 months old baby when the house had a freezing bedroom. Poor poor service 0/10
I would highly recommend Reid’s Rains. I have recently purchased a house with them. They always had time and understanding for me. All the staff were amazing, however both the Ellie’s were outstanding!!
Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at this branch are very courteous, professional and work hard to help wherever they can, Rebecca and Sam especially.
Would not recommend very poor at communicating including director. Do not answer e mails had to go into offce in the end . Not experienced in all uk law re property sales and had to ask our purchase estate agent to look at our chain details yet still charged us full invoice amount for doing very little. Caused us a lot of unneccesary stress Gave up and liaised directly with our buyer and their solicitor in the end. Only heard from them when we had moved to ask for our review and sent invoice to our solicitor to pay on day of move. Are not honest about chain position and told us we could only drop our property on Right Move at a minimum of 10k when we wanted to drop price by 5k we have since been told this is not correct
