Went without hot water for 9 months, despite being pointed out on an inspection and rung up about numerous times, including the boiler man directly who says landlord refuses to buy new boiler. Now tenancy is at the end, conveniently lost all records of this "lack of hot water" leaving a "he said she said" tale. Shame on you!

Tim Claire and Richard were absolutely superb in orchestrating the sale of my former home in Brough. To say this wasn't the average "run of the mill" sale would be an understatement and they went above and beyond my expectations to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Very good service. Never felt pressurised and the salesman did everything he could to make the new car available for when it suited us.

Would not recommend very poor at communicating including director. Do not answer e mails had to go into offce in the end . Not experienced in all uk law re property sales and had to ask our purchase estate agent to look at our chain details yet still charged us full invoice amount for doing very little. Caused us a lot of unneccesary stress Gave up and liaised directly with our buyer and their solicitor in the end. Only heard from them when we had moved to ask for our review and sent invoice to our solicitor to pay on day of move. Are not honest about chain position and told us we could only drop our property on Right Move at a minimum of 10k when we wanted to drop price by 5k we have since been told this is not correct
