1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Ellie Walker showed us around. Throughout the viewing she was the perfect combination of professional yet engaging and friendly. We are not local to the area and Ellie was able to answer all our questions about the town and was an excellent ambassador for Beverley.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

14th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I send an enquiry about a property and no reply and then they didn't want to help me so I said today I said DSS no reply or Nothing this is pure blank discrimination book of someone is autistic I think for enquiries and not even got back to me because I'm autistic and didn't want to help me find a house in York is fine by me this will go to a civil clean

Jemma, Miles and Letara have kept me informed about viewings and feedback from viewings. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone considering selling their property.
16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I urge all renters to steer clear of Hunters, it’s not worth the risk of homelessness and mental distress. Hunters Bridlington uses bad practise with their tenants, also illegal tactics. We were served a No Fault Eviction before our lease agreement ended, our lease didn’t have any breakaway clauses yet we were still served the section 21. This sent us into a panic and caused major distress for our entire family. Luckily after speaking to a lawyer we were informed that the letting agents were illegally serving the no fault eviction meaning it wasn’t valid and on a personal note that the letting agents were stupid for letting such a thing happen in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would. On top of keeping with bad practise the letting agents do not sort out issues with the house including a broken door, mould in one of the bedrooms, a broken kickboard in the kitchen, a broken shower and a broken door on the conservatory. We are lifetime renters. Previously we have rented with Ullyotts of Driffield who were diamonds, they sorted all issues out within a few days and were always kind and cordial towards us - if you are renting from Driffield then Ullyotts are probably the best letting agents. Ullyotts are lovely people and even give gift bags to their tenants when they move in! They saved us from homelessness by letting us rent with them once again.- 10th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We received excellent service from Farrah at William H Brown , Our house was advertised and successfully let the following day.

We were consistently delighted with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of their service. We could see clearly how they represented and assisted the vendor whilst offering excellent advice and support to us, the buyers. Their clear communication with both parties and their legal representatives made the whole process as smooth as possible. Calm, cheerful and supportive staff really make a difference during home moving. 1st May 2026 (3 days ago)I recently both sold and purchased a property through Rezee, and both aspects of the move were managed brilliantly. George, the owner, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came to value my home. The house was photographed and listed within just a few days, and we accepted an offer less than two weeks later, which suited our timescales perfectly. Regarding the purchase, Rezee requires an upfront deposit to secure a property. Although I was a little unsure at first, I ended up really liking this structure as it deters time-wasters and provides genuine peace of mind for all parties involved. I also want to give a special call-out to the office team—Katie, Fran, and Amy. I naturally had a lot of questions, and they played a massive part in supporting the process and proactively chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Thank you all for helping us secure our forever home.

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to be more inclusive

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, with great communication throughout. A special thank you to Bekky, who was always helpful, responsive and genuinely supportive — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
