THEY POINT BLANK REFUSED TO GIVE HER £400 DEPOSIT BACK, ANDY FROM RENTALS AT SOUTH SHIELDS LAUGHED DOWN THE PHONE WHEN I SAID HE CANT DO THIS!! STEER CLEAR PURE SCAMMERS!! PLEASE SEE PICS OF HOW NICE WE LEFT PROPERTY BETTER THAN WE RENTED IT.

Can honestly say it was the biggest mistake of my life going through Chase Holmes. I am.renting a property through them, they are the agent for a landlord and I honestly feel in this instance cutting the middle man is the best option. They have the most unreliable and unprofessional staff, and emergencies like leaks through a dining room from an upstairs toilet, an external over flow leak which has been there since before we moved in, therefore the external and internal walls damaged with water damage, electrical faults - switch on a light in the dining room and the utility light switches on. All the while they tell you, they will see what they can do, no urgency or sense of compassion. I am not 15 hours without electricity. A fridge freezer full of food, most of which will have thawed and be inedible, because they have no weekend or emergency line. Disgusting service and abysmal manners!! I find it awful that landlords trust them with their homes and pay them a fee for doing absolutely nothing!!
