Gillespie Macandrew more than lived up to our expectations. The marketing, conveyancing and capital gains processes were all sequentially and logically implemented and there was always someone on hand to answer our questions. The stress involved in selling a property was greatly reduced, the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and we received a price well above the valuation.

11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!
