Horrible experience with this company, and Beau one of their salespeople. Lied through their teeth about the apartment I was buying. Promised a fixed service charge, quick purchase, 10 year warranty and much more - none of this was true. Mishons also conveniently omitted the fact that the building I viewed was bought out of bankruptcy, meaning next to none of the documentation required for the safe purchase of a flat was present. After my solicitor received the shambolic attempt at answering her enquiries about the property, I called their manager, explaining all the lies I was told. All I got back was ‘perhaps Beau was given the wrong info.’ Completely remorseless. Needless to say, the sale did not go through. I wasted thousands of pounds and months of my life dealing with Mishons. Avoid this company like the plague. If you are thinking about purchasing a flat in Palmer House - don’t.... Read more
