We chose Purple Bricks as they were the most responsive of 3 agents, pleasant to deal with and efficient. They were the lowest of the valuations but I believe it was priced to sell. We arranged the viewings ourselves but it was easy to do. The only gripe I have is that the person who was handling our sale changed and we weren't informed also when I phone there is sometimes a long wait. However the process on the whole has been efficient so far and we received an offer pretty quickly.... Read more
