Even when I've had a wobble she has remained calm and guided me through everything. So easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend these guys.
3rd Dec 2024 (11 weeks ago)I can't recommend Starkey & Brown enough. I was kept informed every step of the way, both Aimee and Lucy were so helpful. I found myself calling them to ask questions rather than my solicitor and the estate agents that were selling my house.

21st Sep 2024 (21 weeks ago)Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Thankyou for all you have done for us. ??????????

Rupert was a fantastic front man who put us completely at ease and gave us every confidence that the house would sell. Michelle was a superstar in the office with constant communication and updates. The whole process from first visit to completion was completed in exactly 6 months and I would happily recommend Savills to anybody looking to sell their home.

25th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)In the end I took my property off sale with Martin and co as I had very little interest in the 3 months I listed with them. They had 3 viewers, all local and I had to show 2 of them round the property myself. I moved to another agent and had an offer and had significantly more interest, viewings and offers within a month. I think Martin and co target lettings much more than sales and the difference shows when comparing their listings with another agent
24th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

10th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)Brilliant staff. All very polite and helpful. The boss went the extra mile to make sure I got to view the property I was interested in.. I’m still interested but it’s a little out of my budget.. but that’s not their fault.
9th Oct 2024 (19 weeks ago)Jamie and Terence did a great job selling our house. They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.
