We have both been extremely impressed with all of our interactions with JNP. Phillip and Douglas were so friendly and knowledgeable on both of our viewings, and when communicating with the office, Emily and Mark have both been fantastically positive and helpful with all of our queries. When Emily wasn't able to get in contact with the owners, she even called us back at the end of the day to make sure we knew that they hadn't forgotten about us! In every aspect, JNP have been the best estate agent that we've dealt with. If we were to put our house on the market again, we would definitely go with them.

The staff are all lovely, they responded quickly and efficiently to any of our requests and really made every effort to go above and beyond the duties of an estate agent. We had such a stress free purchase with them and I think that was down to their dedication & commitment to delivering a professional service to both vendor and purchaser. Their welcome back is a lovely thoughtful touch too, especially after a long day moving in, we were at least able to have a cup of tea!!

The team has gone above and beyond ever since, with a special thank you to Anthony, squeezing in viewings to accommodate everyone's needs, and really taking the time to show our property to potential buyers, whilst at the same time having a pro-active outlook on finding our next dream home! Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

An incredibly fortunate catch on Right Move led to a great viewing experience and then an incredibly efficient and no nonsense offer and acceptance process. Dan made sure that the status of the seller’s side of the sale was clearly communicated and was very supportive as we navigated a slightly more complicated process on our side. We have been helped to move into a wonderful new home. Many thanks to the whole Team at Tim Russ in Princes Risborough and we highly recommend them to none looking to move into the area.

19th Dec 2024 (29 days ago)Excellent service from Keith at Hadlands. We were looking for a short term(6-8 months) Rental property while our house was being renovated. Due to short term let and pet dog we were having difficulty finding this. The first property Hadlands found us fell through as the owner decided to sell. 2nd Jan 2025 (15 days ago)We had struggled to sell out shared ownership flat for months with Whitenights. We had sold, but the previous chain fell apart. Whitenights found a series of completely unsuitable buyers, causing us to lose the previous property that we were buying. We changed to Sarah & Georgina at Avocado, who were a breath of fresh air. Found us the right buyer- even when a sale fell through again, and went the extra mile at every single step of the way. Such as doing the vetting for Housing solutions up front, to reduce chance of people dropping out. We remain convinced that the only reason we moved is because of Sarah & Georgina's expertise & dedication
