13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I had found a property that Connells had posted and agreed to a viewing and mortgage appointment on the same day. I found the appointment and the viewing to be extremely useful, I was super happy and ready to go ahead and purchase the property. I had an email chain back and forth with the advisor regarding the mortgage. Some issues came up and the advisor assured us she would help us the best she could. However this would be the last time we would hear from her for two months, as she did not contact us again. I then found another property with Connells some time later to which another advisor called me back and had recognised my name from before. He had the previous advisor contact me, and when she did, she asked me if I was still interested in the property from before. I had never lost interest in the property, was simply wearing to hear back and never did. And to top this, I replied back saying we were still interested and have not heard a response since! It was a beautiful duplex which has been sold now, which is very unfortunate as I was happy to purchase at the time. Will definitely not be doing business with Connells again as was a waste of time and very unprofessional.

They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life but it was all made so much smoother and easier with JNP leading the way for me. Every member of staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional...Julian, Douglas, Jacqui, Nikki, Emily, all superb but not forgetting Mark Prior. Mark took on my sale and purchase and was outstanding from start to finish. Straight away, I knew I was in capable hands. I cannot fault the service Mark provided. The biggest thing that stands out for me is that he genuinely cared, and was always so accommodating. Thank you Mark. We are very happy in our new home, thank you all so much! ????

From arranging the viewing and to finally moving into my property, I can honestly say I have been impressed with the communication from Danielle and the rest of the lettings team. Any questions I would ask about my new property, would often be answered within hours rather than days which made me feel at ease and made the moving in process simple.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by The Frost Partnership during my father's tenancy agreement for an apartment in Amersham. Initially, their approach seemed thorough, but subsequent events have led to some distressing issues. When my father was hospitalised and subsequently moved to a care home, their assistance was notably lacking. A particular point of contention is the condition of the patio at the property. At the commencement of the lease, the landlady acknowledged in writing that the patio required cleaning. Despite this, The Frost Partnership is demanding a fee of £190 for its cleaning, which seems unjust given that it was not in a satisfactory state when my father began his tenancy. It is disconcerting that they are insisting on this charge, especially considering my father's advanced age of 92 years. I urge you to consider this communication as a stern cautionary note. While initial impressions may be positive, our experience has been anything but, and it is important to note that there are numerous other estate agents available within a short walking distance. It is disappointing to have to convey such a message, but I believe it is necessary to share our experience so that others may be more informed in their dealings with The Frost Partnership.

They understood the housing market in my area, which allowed me to get the full market value for my property. Hopefully we won't need to move for a good while now, but if we do in the future Tim Russ will always be our number one choice, thank you for everything
18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Great experience with Hadlands through whom we rented our house. The property was managed by them which was an absolute blessing. Any issues we had in and around the house, got quickly picked up by them and our really supportive landlord and resolved asap. Couldn't recommend Hadlands enough. The entire team there whom I interacted with, especially Annette, were simply wonderful, helpful and always supportive. You just can't go wrong with them !

This is our second experience with them following the sale of my daughters apartment. What I really liked is that whilst we were assigned to one person we could talk with other members of staff who were completely aware of progress. The sale went through without a single hitch and overall we were extremely happy with Keegan White. I would never use anybody else.
