Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. Strutt & Parker took a great deal of care and time to get our house onto the market and in front of their client base. James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be.
