Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect! To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could. As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now! On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away. Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through. Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side. Thank you very much for your continued help Ffion.... Read more
