15th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)Whilst the Covid 19 lockdown hampered the sale of my house there was only 1 viewing in the 16 week contract. Very poor communication and I lost all confidence with the company.
2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

5th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Penrose are new to Dunstable and after our original sale fell through we decided to give them a go . They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email . Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day . We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track . We would highly recommend them to anyone.
