We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. The process has not always been straight forward but she has kept us informed every step of the way and done her utmost to keep things on track. She has stayed in constant contact, checking in with us and has always been friendly and pleasant to deal with.
