19th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We recently moved to a new place in Watford and had been registered with Foxtons while searching for a property. After successfully securing a home, we gave notice to our current landlord, who had already arranged for new tenants to move in. Unfortunately, just two days before our planned move, the new landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the tenancy, leaving us in a very stressful and uncertain situation where we were at risk of being homeless. During this difficult time, Luca from Foxtons provided outstanding support. He acted quickly and efficiently, arranging viewings and helping us secure a new property within just one day. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, we were able to move into our new home on time as originally planned.

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Our house move took a year due to a long chain and even before the chain started to form, in the process of looking at properties we ended up speaking with what felt like every local agency there is in Hertfordshire. Collinson Hall were easy to reach, they had a proactive approach to communicating with us throughout and it feels like they took the lead amongst the various agents in our 7-vender chain which I appreciated. Michèle Austin was the contact we worked most closely with and she was professional throughout and guided us through the ups and downs, as the chain evolved through the 11.5 months from property viewing to completion.

They were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My flat sold very quickly after changing agencies, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. They also work with an excellent solicitor, Rebeka,which made everything quick and far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Aqeel, Sohayl, and the Promptmove team to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly outstanding service!

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. 11th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
