6th Feb 2026 (10 days ago)Our agent was called Naz. Me, my mrs and my newborn stayed 40 mins at the place where we wanted to view, but she never turned up despite the email confirmation. Very poor service. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

She gave us space to view but was there to answer questions and went above and beyond to send us photographs to aid us in making up our minds as to whether of not the property was for us. A very positive viewing experience.

As I lived far away, it was a huge relief to know that Frosts were on hand to deal with any issues. When the time came to sell my house, I received outstanding service from the Sales department, and a sale was agreed and completed in a timely manner. On the basis of my experience, I can thoroughly recommend Frosts Lettings and Frosts Sales in Harpenden and St Albans.

Ron was incredibly attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond at every stage to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible for both parties. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. His dedication and commitment genuinely made a stressful process far easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Collinson Hall, and especially Ron, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Many thanks for all of the help throughout my first purchase!

13th Feb 2026 (3 days ago)I can't recommend Kim enough, my situation for selling was very sensitive and stressful for me and my family, especially having lived on the street for almost 40 years. Other agents didn't seem to acknowledge what I needed, but Kim did. She sat with me on multiple occasions either at my dining table, or on my sofa and listened. Kim really made me and my husband feel at ease with it all and was with us throughout the whole process. She was available at all times and even helped us with our paperwork as we are not that great with technology. When she said it would be personal, I didn't expect it to be as personal as it was, and it certainly wouldn't have been the same without her.

It has now been over a month since we first reported that our property does not have a functioning toilet, and despite calling every day, no one has properly responded or taken action to resolve the issue. This is a basic and urgent matter that should never be left unresolved for this long. Who is actually responsible for following up and fixing problems like this? The lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating and, honestly, very discouraging. I hope this is addressed immediately.

Ben supported us at the viewing stage and followed up afterwards, making everything feel well organised and straightforward. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah handled most of the after-sales process and was excellent at keeping communication clear between ourselves and the buyers and ensuring everything kept moving smoothly. Fiona was also a great help towards the end of the process and made sure everything was wrapped up efficiently. The bouquet of flowers on completion day was a very thoughtful and kind touch. We would describe Ensum Brown as: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.
