3rd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Rental properties department never reply queries, I had to fill a form to book a view that got the question “ are you British” even I am, I don’t think should be a relevant question as people should not choose who can view a property by their citizenship I’ve submitted more than 10 queries for different properties and I never received any email or call back to offer any property . I have a permanent job, a good income , and and excellent credit score I’ve called them this morning and a “Mr” asked questions like: do you need to give notice in your actual property . I said NO, and I can move soon .Even thought he continuous insisting and interrogating why ? If a said “no notice” that means NO. Is it because I don’t have a British accent ? Do I need to tell that I’m divorcing, that I can leave and why I can leave ? That’s difficult to understand why people don’t focus on make more business , reply to customers offering similar properties, reply to emails and, instead , losing time with inappropriate questions. So many nice state agencies that I don bother anymore to find a property with Rickmansworth Gibbs

At a sensitive time after my mother had passed Grant and his team at Hamptons were fantastic. Professional at all times, Knowledgeable on where to value my mother‘s house in the current market and understanding of the issues surrounding probate. They help us proceed with confidence that we were in good hands through the process and when issues were raised as always is the case in a house sale Grant and the team dealt with In a sensitive and efficient manner. All of this resulted in us achieving a sale above the asking price in a very difficult market. I can’t thank you enough. Darren Norman

Unfortunately, the first buyers pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances, but thanks to Nick’s perseverance and dedication to us and the house he was able to secure our buyers. 23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Leaders were fantastic! Completing both the sale of our old property and purchase of our new one. After a painful experience with the purchase of our first house we were anxious to move. Claire, Sue and Damon made the whole process as stress free as possible. Claire and Damon secured our dream house and sold our old one all within a few weeks. Constantly keeping us up to date with both houses and answering any questions we had throughout. Once everything was agreed Sue was brought in to ensure everything moved along smoothly which really helped make the move as stress free as possible. Even after the move they were more than happy to take in a parcel that had been accidentally sent to our old address. Which shows how happy they are to go above and beyond.

You will miss out on a warm welcome, listening to your expectations and requirements, advising you how to acheive your aims using their extensive knowledge and experience. You won't experience their first class communications keeping you up to date every step of the way, liaising instantly with potential buyers, providing accurate timely dialogue with buyer and seller. Happily I did choose OneAgency and I can't fault them. I enjoyed all of the attributes mentioned above and I sold the house very quickly. Their communication really is legendary, they are accurate and fast and their processing of the required steps is prompt and fautless.
