From start to finish, Orrin has been brilliant. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, especially when a previous purchase falls through, but he helped make the process so much more positive.<br><br>The team have been friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely super helpful throughout. We’ve always felt supported, and their knowledge of the local area really stands out.<br><br>We’re so happy to have found our new home, and we’re incredibly grateful to Orrin and the team for helping us get there.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Churchills Bushey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Easily the best estate agent we dealt with during our search!
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We had a really positive experience with William H Brown selling our flat and particularly with Matt, who looked after us through the latter part of the sale.<br><br>Matt was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and was great at keeping in touch and helping to keep things moving. He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. They rented it very quickly with minimal viewing inconvenience and were incredibly efficient and professional at every step, from initial meeting to photos, viewings, move in and management. Fully reccomend!<br><br>Kirsty stood out from the start for her energy, attention to detail and clear recommendations backed up by local market data. The listing and photography were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Freya was brilliant at keeping the practical details moving, from arranging the inventory and chasing paperwork to coordinating access and the key handover.<br><br>A big thank you too to Nicola for sharing the incredibly thorough inventory report and following up after move-in, and Joanne Sargeant for taking care of the utility and council notifications. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

They were simply outstanding throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ciaran viewed the property and instantly understood the key attributes of the house from my perspective which means so much when selling a home. John provided fantastic guidance and support from a marketing perspective and, in collaboration with Ciaran, was in constant touch through the viewing period. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I honestly can’t say I would use this company again. I prefer not to leave any reviews that could be perceived as negative if I don’t have anything nice to say.<br><br>The issues I have experienced so far:<br>1. They confirmed a washing machine would be in the property and when I moved in this wasn’t the case, and the letting agency was unaware (has since been resolved)<br>2. I didn’t have all the keys provided to me, the post key (I believe an honest mistake, with 11 keys noted in the inventory I only received 7 pieces, as they retain the rest, issue resolved)<br>3. Issues with access to hot water (engineer sent, has since been resolved)<br>4. Putting on the oven trips out all the plugs in the flat (unresolved and it was reported almost a month ago, was not working from when I received keys from 22 August)<br><br>I appreciate sometimes there requires communication between the landlord and the letting agency to resolve these situations, and independently these scenarios may not be that serious. However, after only signing the tenancy back in August, and living in the property for over a month, there have been way too many issues to be dealing with so early on, which is a concern.<br><br>I wouldn’t recommend this lettings agency based on my experience because I don’t believe they conducted enough checks to make sure the property was readily available to live in. In addition, the repair reporting system has required me to call and chase up repairs that I don’t believe I should’ve been facing so early on. The communication isn’t great when you need an update on the issues you’re facing and you are basically ghosted. Aside from taking time out of my workday to call and chase I’m not sure what else to do.<br><br>There were some good things I can report on like, the quick turnaround to get approved and the tenancy signed, and the welcome pack when I first moved in. But moving is already a very distressing experience, with trying to get things set up quickly and promptly. But having to deal with all these issues in the flat has made the experience worse. I wish I had a more positive experience but so far the bad has outweighed the good.<br><br>At this point I just want a working oven…

The team , led by Paul, were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping us informed at every stage and making what can be a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice.
