   The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. I do not think, words can describe how amazing the team were.<br><br>Throughout our home-buying process, Tom and Amelia were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.<br><br>A big massive shout out to Tom, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!<br><br>We were outbid as well, for our home. However, Tom worked his magic!<br><br>Gosh, we even managed to get a number of viewings before we exchanged contracts!
