I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

They were professional throughout but also approachable and worked with us to resolve any problems. The help and support we received were above and beyond what we have had before, and we cannot recommend highly enough.

10th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)The process of selling our property through Pointons did not run smoothly. I was disappointed with the poor communication of some staff. I even emailed James, the Director who did not reply to my email regarding issues with the service provided. Moreover, the buyer’s solicitors who were appointed through Pointons own panel solicitors caused further unnecessary delays also due to lack of communication, so I would not recommend using their panel solicitors. Overall, not a good experience as the agency focused more on profit than customer satisfaction.
