24th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

6th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)I wish I could give no stars. They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.
11th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K. Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt. We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week). After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself). If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

Oliver, in particular, was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were surprised at how easy and efficient their services made the process, allowing us to have a hassle-free and minimally stressful move. We would highly recommend!

Handles helped manage us through the process and were always available to answer any queries or concerns that we had about the sale. It all went through very quickly and without any stress on our side. I would definitely use Handles again

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She explained everything throughout the process, was super helpful and would always respond to our questions. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to use the team at Scrivins (Hinckley).

He came out and valued it for us and the pack of information he put together was so detailed and thorough, it has given me confidence that he really knows what he is talking about. The service has far exceeded any other estate agent we have dealt with previously. We decided not to sell because of the current economic conditions... the timing just isn't right for us but when we do we will be selling through Bayzos. Highly recommend!
