Great listing, pics, drone, matterport etc all helped present the house really well, had no trouble bringing in offers and got the move completed.

She helped us finding a new home after we received Section 21 from previous landlord. We found the house and had the keys in 3 days which was amazing. I would happily recommend her.She has been our support!

11th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K. Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt. We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week). After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself). If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

Oliver, in particular, was very friendly, professional and helpful. From initial discussions to completion the process was managed brilliantly with high level communication by phone, text, email and WhatsApp. Even when we were hit with time wasters after months of negotiations, the Handles Team just picked up the game and re marketed the house to sell in record time. 7th May 2025 (12 days ago)It’s been amazing working with cloud9 estates so far especially working with manager Jonathan who’s taking care of the legal stuff associated with the sale of my property & finding a buyer within 4 weeks of advertising it online, I’m forever grateful for them and it’s been so easy communicating with the sale team in general, I would definitely recommend and turn to them again in the future for purchase, rental or sale purposes!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She explained everything throughout the process, was super helpful and would always respond to our questions. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying to use the team at Scrivins (Hinckley).
