Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.

I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
13th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Very disappointing experience with the management. It took 2.5 months to receive the deposit refund, and throughout that time there was almost no communication. Emails were rarely answered, and we had to call multiple times just to get updates. The refund was processed today after we sent a formal warning. The lack of responsiveness and transparency made the process unnecessarily stressful. I hope they improve their communication and handling of deposits in the future.

Once you got hold of the team they were brilliant but I did find the automated call system a bit frustrating. Overall they gave a heads up on the progress throughout.

Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

She conducted herself in a very professional manner, demonstrating a tenacity to follow through on all enquiries and ensuring that all parties were kept well informed in a timely manner. She is a very pleasant and likeable person who made the process of selling a property seem less stressful than it often is. She is a great asset to Your Move.
