4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Dominic and Julie manage our rental property. Although our contact is minimal Dominic is always well aware of the tenant and any issues in the property. They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.- 10th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Nathan originally came to do the valuation. He was friendly and informative and provided detailed information regarding the sale process and suggested asking price which led to Your move being approved by the family. Matt assumed main responsibility for pursuing the actual sale. Updates were provided at least on a weekly basis and suggested reviewing of the property valuation based on interest. Once a buyer was found Matt then took a proactive approach to ensure the sale went through as soon as possible despite some problems near to the completion date where he liaised with both sets of solicitors and kept me informed without the need for me to request further information. Thank you
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I’ve been impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the Connells staff I’ve had involvement with so far. I’ve literally just had my offer on a property in Rugby accepted, so a long way to go yet, but Iona Campbell and Matthew Measures have been great! All my checks were carried out swiftly and I’ve got to say they have installed a sense of confidence that they’ll help me through the whole buying process. Viewings were arranged easily and again, they were friendly and professional in the way they were conducted and how they’ve dealt with us. I appreciate its early days, but I’ve been impressed and first impressions count a lot with me, so I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you Iona and Matthew for (hopefully) finding us our new forever home!

Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. We have been particularly impressed with clear and prompt communications and found the online Street App very easy to use. Everyone at SBK have been friendly and positive and helpful. Thank you
