Aaron handled the original enquiry, Sharon took care of the viewings and Ellie took care of progressing the sale. They kept in contact with us so we knew what was happening at all times. Thankfully Philippa was always at the end of the phone chasing up solicitors and keeping us posted, if it wasn't for her we would probably still be in limbo! So a big thank you to you Philippa, keep up the good work ????

22nd Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

He has been keeping me updated with the process at all times. This is the second house he has sold for me.. definitely will be using him again !! I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional. I fully recommend them and this company. One very satisfied customer

18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
