He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. I highly recommend RH homes to anybody looking for a new home I will never use anywhere else again and will be sticking with these religiously If I could Rate more than a 5 star I would Thank you for your patience and hard work you’ve put in for me guys

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Although I didn't sell my property through Adam Purnell Estate Agents, they were the agents for the property I purchased, and I cannot praise them highly enough.<br><br>From the very beginning, the whole team were incredible. They kept me updated whenever new information came through, which made what can be an incredibly stressful process so much easier. In particular, Becky, who was assigned to our chain, was fantastic. She provided me with a weekly update throughout the process, which gave me real peace of mind and meant I always knew what was happening.<br><br>Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about getting everyone through the process as smoothly as possible. Without a doubt, Adam Purnell Estate Agents are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.<br><br>I have since recommended them to friends and family, and I'm delighted that some of those I've recommended have gone on to sell their properties through Adam Purnell's as a result.<br><br>They may be more expensive than some other estate agents, but in my opinion, they are absolutely worth every penny. Thank god I am not buying a house from this company,
