I approached this estate agent after seeing a property I was interested in. The Man in the office seemed very flirty which was a red flag straight away. I gave all my details to arrange a viewing for a property. 1 week went by and I hadn’t heard nothing, I emailed them asking if they had been in touch with the owner to arrange a viewing and it was a reply of ‘ the owner works late shifts’ never ever got to view this property and then after 2 months of my original interest it later sold. I felt like this estate agent isn’t interested in selling their properties to potential buyers.
Honestly think the estate agent was more interested in doing up their premises 3 doors up than selling any properties they had on the market. Let down!

Andy has always handle any issues or concerns professionally and quickly and always responds to emails or returns phone calls.
If you are looking for a great agent who is friendly, helpful and professional then I highly recommend Davis & Partners.

I can only assume that the "good" reviews were written by their friends - I have never come across such an unprofessional and arrogant company, in particular "Andy" who seems to forget that he is running a business and that people locally will share their experiences!!!!

I live overseas but recently found myself needing to sell my parents old house in Hinckley. When I was shopping around for a local agent to handle this my main priority was to find someone who was honest, knowledgeable and professional; someone I could completely trust to act on my behalf since I was on the other side of an ocean.
The agents I spoke to either seemed to be junior representatives of large national chains or the stereotypical slimy sales type. Andy Davis was a standout exception. He came across as modest yet confident and a consummate local expert without any arrogance. My initial impression was born out with my experience through the sale.
Andy handled everything for me: listing, viewings, offers and negotiation; and we ultimately achieved a sale at a good price. Andy also facilitated house clearance for me given that I was remote. He's a great estate agent and I would recommend him without reservation.

Very helpful to start with, then lost interest at point of sale. They acted as letting agents for the house. House was left filthy, and a lot of rubbish left behind. Agent who brought keys refused to enter house and left, so we could not show her the state the house was in.
Would never deal with again.
