22nd Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

12th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
