She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Ben carried out the valuation of my home and stayed in regular contact while I wasn’t quite ready to put it on the market, which I really appreciated. Once I was ready, everything moved quickly and efficiently—Ben arranged the photos and had the property listed in no time. Amy and Libby were fantastic at keeping me informed about viewings and feedback, and Denise ensured I was regularly updated throughout the exchange and completion process. The whole team was excellent, always taking the time to offer advice whenever I was unsure about anything. Thank you all so much!

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

I reported a leaking bathroom hand basin and a broken window lock handle, and received an immediate response from the Property Manager, Absar Sarwar, who assured me that a contractor would be arranged. The contractor arrived the same day and successfully fixed both issues. I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Maison Estates and truly appreciate their professionalism and swift action.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

We have been dealing with Stevie at Anderson briggs throughout and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Stevie was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. She answered my many many questions and updated us along the whole process. Overall we had such a good experience and we couldn’t recommend Anderson Briggs enough, especially Stevie who was so lovely thank you again.

Buying a property can be stressful, especially with delays from solicitors, but she kept everything moving and always kept us informed. She was proactive in chasing things up and consistently did her best to push the process forward when it felt like things were slowing down. It really felt like she was doing everything she could to help us get over the line, and without her support, I’m not sure we would have moved in as quickly as we did. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach really stood out. 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.- 4th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had such a fantastic experience working with Roban. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help me find the right rental property for my family. She showed me multiple properties, always taking the time to really understand what we were looking for, and never rushed the process. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions. A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us. The whole experience, from viewing the property through to moving in, was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It really gave me confidence that we were in good hands. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience. Likewise, will not be using their service again as they were negative about our current situation like I have said.
