Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day.
