14th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

21st May 2021 (2 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.
16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

13th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)We instructed Ian to market our property after meeting him during our son’s flat buying process. We appreciated Ian’s no nonsense approach and opinions and felt that he was openly honest offering comprehensive information. He was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. After a lengthy meeting and survey of our property Ian was eager to market our house and happy to discuss a suitable price. He was keen to get viewers through the door so advised against the highest price recommending instead “offers over” to encourage negotiations. Not sure whether we could have achieved a better sale price but what we do know is our property was marketed beautifully with detailed information and professional photos which showed it at its best. We were inundated with offers and sold within a few days. Ian was thorough in his background searches of potential buyers’ positions and helpful in advising us which buyer was best suited for us to reach a fast, complication free conveyance to help achieve our ultimate goal. We would 100% recommend Ian and his team they are professional, attentive, honest and reliable. There is absolutely no bullsh** you will only be given honest advice and you will definitely not have the “typical estate agent” experience. I can honestly say from start to finish (apart from nearly having a breakdown at the decision to sell our beautiful home ????????) the whole process has been easy and stress free ! Thanks Ian and team ????

The one to one was amazing, you just deal with them from start to finish.
