Not normally one to write reviews but Farsons has been outstanding in their work to help secure me a property. Normally you get the subscribed emails of properties that aren’t what you’re looking for . To describe my experience with Farsons (and no doubt what you’ll get too) is they understood what I’m looking for, they called and sent personalised emails of properties that I actually wanted to view, they kept in contact before and after the viewing and took detailed feedback for their vendors. Plus an easy to complete feedback form of I didn’t have time to talk on the phone. Great, friendly and personalised service. I have used another estate agent to sell properties before but being on the buying end , I wouldn’t hesitate on using Farsons when I sell my next property in Brentwood. Jacob is an incredibly experienced agent but most importantly a very compassionate person. I’ve had the pleasure of buying multiple properties with his expert guidance and he is always very attentive, efficient and professional. He is striving to provide a better service than any other agent in my area by utilising the most up to date technology available - he provides sellers access to the street app, where I can see details of my listing including numbers of views, arrange viewings, view feedback and answer queries.
