26th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I am assisting my son in buying his first property and having enlisted with several agents only William from Douglas Allen has made the effort to actively contact me about possible properties and follow up on leads. His service and attention to detail were second to none and his friendly approach made me feel comfortable. Through his hard work we have managed to secure a property on the first weekend of viewings. Here’s hoping the transaction goes through but I am confident that if it doesn’t he will quickly be back on the case. I would have no hesitation in using his services to sell my property when the time comes.

Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Couldn’t fault anything in the house it’s just too far to travel to work . But will recommend highly to other people who are interested ????????????

Although I was not a direct user of their agency for my sale, both Faye and Mandy were instrumental in managing the chain and the sales process for their buyer and was in contact with me throughout as the seller.
