Ollie was very engaging and approachable, he took time to explain how Wards could help me sell my home, he listened to me and discussed my expectations of the service. He was highly knowledgable of the company and the housing sales within the area. He behaved very professionally. Wards have now completed my house sale. Not only did we have one person pull out of buying but as soon as that happened Wards were on the case, putting the house straight back on the market with viewings straight away which led to two potential buyers , one ofwhich actually bought the house. We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.

Tim doesn’t just wait for people to get in contact with him, before our house was on the market he had contacted people looking for a house like ours to offer them a viewing.

From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
