I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. I recently used View Property to sell my cottage in Langore. View were excellent though-out. I really couldn't ask for more from an Estate Agent. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again. I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back. During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. I can’t recommend DJR Estate Agents highly enough for anyone wanting to sell a property. They did a seemingly rare thing of actively marketing our property, they gave us useful advice on how to attract potential buyers and kept us fully informed throughout the entire sales process. If all estate agents acted more like DJR, the house buying/selling process would be a more pleasant experience.
