If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid at all costs, Danielle in particular. It's difficult to convey in words actually how terrible this agency actually are. I have never had to deal with such inefficient and rude customer service. You are not treated as a customer but as a massive inconvenience. Rang on two separate days to book a viewing and was told I was going to get a call back with a time that was suitable, I did not receive a call back. I rang again on Tuesday morning and managed to book a viewing appointment for Friday 2pm. I then received a call from Danielle on Thursday afternoon to inform me that they couldn't accommodate the viewing. I asked if they could do 1pm or 3pm. I was told the only times they had available were 9.45am or 5pm. I asked why my 2pm appointment was not going ahead at the time scheduled, I was told I was double booked. I was told 12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm , 1.30pm were also not available. I then said then to Danielle that the reason you can only accommodate 5pm is so one of your negotiators could do the viewing on their way home as their office shuts at 5.30pm (somebody must have fancied an early finish on a Friday afternoon) and that you couldn't be bother doing it at 2pm. She then said she didn't like how I was speaking to her and hung up the phone,. The property I wanted to view was 0.3 miles from Cowell Norford's office, either a 3 minute drive or 6 minute walk and has been on the market since January. No wonder as their lazy staff cannot be bother to accommodate viewings that close to their office.
Great to deal with, as buyers we had all our questions answered promptly, nothing seemed too much trouble. Viewings were worked around us and suggested properties were always something we were actually looking for. Everything was chased promptly and we were always kept informed. Never made to feel pressured either, unlike some of the other estate agents we looked at properties with.

Awesome people. I got a call off one of my close friends saying they’d had an estate agent round who said their property was only suitable for a modern auction and also that it was only worth £66,000. The reason I got the call was for my opinion, I said straight away that sounds nonsense and the £6k fees involved sounded like robbery!
I introduced them to the guy I use; Jamie Fraser from Revilo Homes who went to see them around 10 days ago and confirmed the property was worth more like £95,000 and could be sold normally for a normal fixed fee.
I get a call last week from my pal saying they’ve already had 5 viewings. I’ve now just taken a call from my good friend saying they’ve just accepted £90,000 from a person who’s just sold their home. Everyone is happy and my pal got circa £30,000 more for using the right people.

Warburton Estates manage the letting of our house. They are always thoroughly professional and keep us informed of anything we need to know in a timely manner.
The few (minor) problems we have had with the let - things like the boiler not lighting and a small water leak were dealt with by Scott personally with the minimum of cost and fuss to ourselves.
