Great place to visit

Approximately 6 weeks ago I asked Jonathon of BJP to view my property in LLangadog, which he kindly did. I then phoned BJP to find out what was needed from me to proceed. I was told that he would get back to me. 6 weeks of promises of call backs and a seller’s information pack being sent out, and a dozen chasing up calls and still nothing but apologies. Jonathan has time to be out of the office, have meetings etc, take messages on my behalf yet to action my request comes with deafly silence. It’s not a hard property to sell either. I get the impression that BJP are stretched, spread to thinly, and one thing pushes out the other. Two days prior to this review and a promised call back at 5pm on his return to the office I told the customer services representative today that I wouldn’t wait for him to come out of his meeting as BJPs promises are worthless. I wouldn’t normally make a website review complaint but 6 weeks of missed summer viewings and costs of the property being empty has been very annoying. I’ve now gone to my preferred choice Morgan & Davies.
