5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

15th Nov 2024 (17 days ago)I was impressed with them at the start but the people doing the viewings often didn’t know which door to use to access the property and were generally not knowledgeable about it at all.
17th Jan 2024 (10 mo. ago)The team at Olivegrove provided an excellent service when we recently moved home, which took the stress away from our house move. They generated a lot of interest in our previous home, enabling a buyer to be quickly found. They also supported us with the overall transaction from the initial point of their involvement, right through to occupation in our new home. Olivegrove have also provided me with a very professional rental management service for many years, delivered by their helpful and friendly team in a diligent manner. I can truly recommend Olivegrove without reservation.

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.
7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

31st Jul 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

This was a remote sale as the vendors live in south west England. I was very impressed at the communication we had with Lucie Bromley, from initial set up of the contract to sell through the viewing and acceptance of bid process. The sales brochure showed the property in its best light whilst pointing out the age and potential improvements that may be needed.
