He quickly arranged for our house to be marketed to allow us to be in a position to put offers in on other properties. The brochure and photos combined really helped upsell our house. Chris is very good at communicating and kept the pressure on the solicitors. I would highly recommend Chris at Powells to anyone looking to sell their property! 5th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Great photography and video tour. Very friendly. Lacks drive and initiative. Only 2 viewings in 9 weeks. Changed agent to Ferrino & Partners who instantly told us where we were going wrong and they sold our house in 2 weeks.

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)They were great we were going to go for them. However, they had the higher fees and the the selling prize was lower. Saying that they said the correct amount because we sold our property for that. Maybe we will have a quicker sell for our property..
