5th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Can't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

28th Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Morris Marshall and Poole for anyone's property needs. I couldn't rate Gwen more highly. She is warm, friendly, informative and went out of her way to be helpful and encouraging during the viewing and afterwards. Her help/info was definitely a factor in my my decision to go ahead with the purchase of my new property.
9th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Disgraceful and deceitful estate agents. We put an offer in on a house last year but we kept being told they couldn’t get hold of the seller. This went on for two months with no calls or correspondence from John Francis except for when we called them. We would be met with the same “we’ll try and contact the seller now and call you back” only to not hear from them again. Eventually a friend of ours called to enquire about the house and they were told the house had just been sold. After checking what the house went for on Zoopla I now find it sold for 20k less than what we had offered! Why was it so hard to just tell us they didn’t want to sell to first time buyers

30th Sep 2017 (6 years ago)They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
