23rd May 2024 (1 year ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

13th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)We have rented a property through these , they are very good and would highly recommend them to anyone , tip top. We had a few problems with our rental and they got it sorted asap
20th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.
2nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

Your professionalism and attention to detail have made my stay incredibly smooth and hassle-free despite the attitude of the Landlord. I truly appreciate how easy you’ve made everything and how your organisation valued me and my family. It’s been a pleasure renting the apartment through you.
