27th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

I feel the approach lacked transparency, integrity and care.- 29th Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

18th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

12th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)I’d recently completed a full refurbishment of my property ready for long- term letting through Morgan & Co. I chose to do business with Morgan and Co again as they provided me excellent service regarding a probate property valuation back in 2019. The process of letting my property with Morgan and Co was easy. Angie who leads the letting side of business is excellent and very experienced. Angie talked me through the process and gave me some great advice on getting the property ready for a new tenant. Morgan and Co strive to best match the requirements of the tenant and landlord which are the building blocks to a successful tenancy. They are also very thorough in their tenant vetting procedures. I opted for Morgan & Co fully managed letting service. It’s competitively priced,and as I don’t live in the immediate area any issues that may arise I know will be swiftly taken care of by Angie and her team. It’s clear that Morgan & Co are extremely experienced in property sales,valuations and lettings, and I highly recommend them.

4th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)If you are a small independent business I wouldn’t bother with this company - extremely unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails and if you manage to get through to someone on the phone be warned they are unhelpful and rude.
15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)If I could give them zero I would. We used Edward’s for about 6 years to manage our rental property. We live abroad so it’s hard for us to ever see our property empty. I managed to see it after 6 years and I cried. Pure neglect. Mainly down to Edwards not caring about ensuring a tenant handed the property back as they find it. If you’re a tenant, probably the best agents in town, they will let you get away without tidying/cleaning/gardening or generally looking after the property, they will not keep your deposit or check for damage etc when you move out. If you have pets even better, you won’t need to pick up your dog mess or clean the carpets when leaving. My neighbours tell me they scan the property for 2 minutes max once a tenant leaves. Landlords - avoid at all costs, it will cost you a fortune to repair Edwards lack of due diligence and care. They were supposed to be managing the property, I’m not sure they know what that means.
31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
