I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties. From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings. My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too. Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).
