(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
27th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately I seem to have had a similar experience to several other tenants, based on multiple recent Google reviews. It is disheartening that my experience seems to be the norm for this organisation. The main theme for me was and continues to be poor communication and delayed action: 1. Promising issues that were present before I moved in would be fixed - still not sorted on me moving out 3 years later despite regular communication/request from me. 2. New issues taking >1 year to fix and telling landlord that I wouldn’t let maintenance team into property, when in fact they hadn’t arranged any maintenance visits in the first place. 3. Not returning my security deposit - nearly 2 months late so far despite regular calls and emails from myself. For the past week I’ve only been able to get through to reception who takes my number and says that my call will be returned but it never is. 4. No acknowledgement of complaint I made about poor communication - ironically! I will likely have to take this issue to Tenancy Deposit Scheme +/- Property Redress. I would strongly advise avoiding this lettings agent. Update 27/01/25: 1. No response to complaint. 2. Deposit not returned despite being told it would be back by latest today. I have raised a dispute with Tenancy Deposit Scheme. If anyone else is in a similar situation please raise it quickly - you have to send a dispute no later than 3 months after your tenancy ends.

1st Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)We have been dealing with the Talbot Green branch over the last few months regarding both buying and selling, Cordelia has been a huge help in keeping us updated with new listings that match our criteria and is extremely friendly and professional - although not quite ready yet we will not be looking to go elsewhere when it comes to selling our home!

25th Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)Give me no chance to view property! No voice mail or email sent to let me know let had been agreed even though i was suppose to view it! What was the point in advertising the property in the first place!! Shocking treatment! Bunch of liars! Relying on these for a house with a 1 year old i dont recommend

We were happy with the process from start to finish and the time and effort Rachel put in to selling our house, plus finding us our dream home was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble and Rachel was always on hand to give us advice and provide updates/feedback after each viewing. We would highly recommend if you want an honest and trustworthy agent that is passionate about selling your home but also taking into account your requirements and getting it right for you.

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Kayleigh was so quick to respond to every question I had, and had my place rented out after the first viewings - for more than initially expected too! Will continue to work with Kayleigh on future purchases, could not recommend her enough!
31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
