I liked how they had viewing agents, who specialised in showing properties to potential buyers, and kept me informed about the viewings, pluses about the property and negatives if any.

9th Dec 2024 (3 days ago)Worked off and on with Tiger over the years. Their valuations are usually on the mark, they are not a company who over inflate the price to get the sales contract and then let you down. Simon has done most of my valuations for me and I trust him implicitly.

He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis

8th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Managing some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

However it sold very quickly at at a price they recommended which was 50% more than I had in mind. Everyone involved was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Thank you!

MoveHolmesLTD and my landlord were brilliant to allow me to move into a flat. Throughout my tenancy they have been attentive and friendly to any questions i had during my time as we all have to start learning somewhere! Would definitley reccomend MoveHolmesLTD and use them again! Thanks again guys!

22nd Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)We've just finished the process of buying our first home, and it’s been quite the experience - unfortunately, not in a good way, thanks to Duncan Raistrick Estate Agents. They have been, without a doubt, the worst estate agents my partner and I have ever dealt with. Their customer service team is incredibly rude, and the agent showing the properties didn’t even give us the full 30-minute slot we booked, leaving 20 minutes in and locking up behind them! We put in offers on two properties, slightly below the asking price, and were made to feel foolish for even considering it. If you're thinking about buying or selling a property, steer clear of Duncan Raistrick - I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, if you're looking for a great team to work with, we highly recommend Butson Real Estate. They give you plenty of time during viewings and have the best customer service we’ve experienced!

13th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
