19th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would not recommend Beresford Adams. They only contacted me twice in 16 weeks. We had no viewings. They said the market was slow and we not in a hurry to sell. Now we have to wait another 14 days for them to do a final notice. What is that? Before we can to another estate agent.no
19th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 7th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)I would just like to say after getting my property with Simply Estates Rhuddlan my experience dealing with Elliot Smith Property Manager has been great, nothing is too much trouble and is extremely efficient with being in contact and updates with any maintenance that is needed within the property. He is the first port of contact which is great as you only need to deal with one person, always polite and helpful which makes life easier and less stressful.

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for.
