29th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.
27th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Unprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.

Gave clear communication about T&C's, brochure, viewings, fees, valuation etc. Additional queries during the sale process were promptly and efficiently responded to.- 16th May 2024 (23 weeks ago)I have moved home numerous times but McCartneys Llandrindod Wells branch provided the best possible service when selling my property. Following a professional valuation Sharon managed the viewings, provided excellent communication and dealt with all of the queries quickly and efficiently resulting in a speedy sale. Sharon and the team at Llandrindod Wells were excellent and are very highly recommended.

They were accessible, professional and empathetic. We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

They arranged many viewings and secured the sale of my parents house with a great family who I know will enjoy living there. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all.
