   We recently purchased a property through Taylors Estate Agents and had a mixed experience, although ultimately we were very happy with the support we received from Jodie in the sales progression team.<br><br>We initially dealt with Harrison, who showed us around the property. Harrison was excellent he took the time to make sure we could properly look around, ask questions and feel comfortable without ever being pushy. He also had a good knowledge of the property, which made the viewing experience really positive.<br><br>Unfortunately, once our offer was accepted and we moved over to the general sales team, we felt the communication let us down. We often struggled to get the information we needed and, on one occasion, actually had to visit the branch in person to get certain answers. This was disappointing and at that stage, we weren't sure we would be leaving a five-star review.<br><br>Thankfully, around a week later we were introduced to Jodie in the sales progression team, and this completely changed our experience with Taylors. Jodie kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly, continued to communicate with us even when there wasn't a specific update to give. This gave us reassurance and restored our confidence in Taylors during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>Jodie is a real asset to Taylors. Her communication, professionalism and dedication made a huge difference to our experience, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting us through the process as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Harrison for making our initial experience so positive, and especially to Jodie for all her hard work and support throughout the purchase. ?????...
