Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

15th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Friendly staff and easy to contact. We only had a small number of viewings but they found a buyer in the end. Perhaps the property was over valued and we then had the fall in house prices and the increase in interest rates which probably didn't help.

I have used Leapfrog in the past for letting properties but it had been ages since I had sold one. Sarah and Heather made sure everything was fully explained and that I was kept informed at every step of the sales process. Great service.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
14th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I was a long term tenant, which the property management was taken over by Property Box and a new landlord. No due process. On leaving the property I found the agent fabricated unsubstantiated claims against my bond. Very poor... would recommend you stay away. Luckily the bond retention scheme awarded the return of my bond back to the tenant. From a landlord perspective, they failed to advise due process and stay ethical. Not recommended.

The marketing showcased our property in the best possible way and all viewings were carried out in a professional and friendly manner. There was great communication both before and after any viewings which meant that a buyer was found very quickly. All in all, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Harvey Brooks estate agents to anyone looking to sell their home.
