They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. Worst experience ever. Rude. Unprofessional. Miss led me with the property description. Advert said recent rewire...turn out it was 11 years ago. Helen was rude. Ignorant and the most unhelpful person ever. They made the whole process of buying un necessarily stressful. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never experienced anything like it. Collected my keys today and didnt get a smile or congratulations. Nothing. Absolutely appalling.
