After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

Although she isn’t a qualified conveyancing expert, with the right investment and training, she could excel in the role with ease. Her greatest strength is her willingness to help and get things done, paired with a fantastic personality. She’s a real credit to Selectiv. Thank you again, Kaitlan!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)Michael Pool were brilliant, the advert went up within a week of choosing them, they handled all the viewings for me and kept me updated with text messages and phone calls and were also able to recommend solicitors once the sale has been agreed. Thank you

Francis and his team are a breath of fresh air, offering a truly human and humane experience through a process which is traditionally filled with anxiety, tight deadlines and processes which often lack clarity causing additional stress. The 360 Properties team has made it all an experience which was fast, transparent and easy! Real-time progress dashboards, extremely responsive messaging back and forth and a team, that fought battles and resolved challenges for me, one after the other, sometimes without my knowing, even.
