After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Staff rude abusive, whilst working on a property trades man and estate agent dumped a large amount of commercial waste in a neighbouring property, when approached they became abusive and threatened a resident as well as an enforcement officer. After contacting Bridgefords to resolve this issue they denied any involvement and when evidence was provided they phoned the police and made a false report about being threatened. I would advise you do not contact this company. This business name is also a front for several rogue landlords.
14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The house looked great on line had plenty of viewing arranged with no problems staff pleasant when you phoned them the only thing I didn’t agree with was the cost being a fixed price so my house was only modest price but I payed Same as someone selling for double or even triple mine but I’m so pleased it is going through hopefully
10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I am delighted with the warm welcome I receive upon entering the Stokesley Branch of Bridgfords. Rachel Martin is my contact and the service I receive from her is first class. Nothing is too much trouble nd whatever task I ask her to deal with, the attention to detail and quickness of response is excellent. Before retirement I was responsible for the training & personnel arrangements of 2,300 staff, so I know what I am talking about. Rachel Martin has the ability to ensure prospective clients, whether buying or selling, are 'put at ease' and quickly realise that they are going to receive excellent service. She is a valuable asset to Bridgfords, and not someone who could be easily replaced. Well worth ensuring her career path is positive, not only for her benefit but also that of Bridgfords.

17th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Very proffessional team. I was selling for a elderly family member and felt comfortable and safe with all members of staff. The valuer was honest and gave tip's on how to present the property to highlight it's best features. All communitcation was clear and accurate right through to completion.... and we recieved a very good offer very early in the process. The sale went very smoothly from beging to end

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

11th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Overall I found Michael Poole ok. Photos and the advert for the property were good. I was disappointed with the lack of communication in terms of performance of the adverts, and options I may be able to take to speed up the sale of the property. I felt it was just left to sell itself, or at least I was not updated as to otherwise.
