Excellent agents! I have used Hamilton Stillers tenant find service 3 times over the last couple of years and they have always come up with good reliable tenants. If you are a prospective landlord, tenant or vendor you won't go far wrong using Hamilton Stiller.
The most disgraceful letting agents I have ever had the misfortune of meeting . Anna Hulin obviously has zero people skills ,no idea how to run a business and what good customer relations means. I would avoid this agent at all costs
Five star service by Connells Lettings team as always. I have a number of properties with Connells and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Whilst the Lettings team in branch are friendly and attentive their remit is very limited. The company is let down by outsourced operations and call centres and departments spread across various cities meaning that lots of important communications are lost. My experience of Connells warrants one star because they lost a key to my property, allowed a contractor to enter without my knowledge and personal items went missing.

Just completed on my property with Savills Cheltenham. Rapport was built up quickly with Christian & Becky. It was a tricky property to gauge a selling price for as it had never been sold in its life before & no like for like comparable, but Christian came up with a good strategy & it went really well, lots of viewings booked and we ended up with an enviable selling position to have 8 serious offers to choose our buyer from (all well above the 'offers in excess of' price). It was a probate sale so emotional to let go of the family home but Christian & Becky were always on hand, giving good advice, recommendations, suggestions, encouragement & support throughout the process. I'd originally asked 3 different estate agents (including Savills) for valuations to go through probate and when I was finally ready to market the property I chose Savills for various reasons over the other two that were in the running, and I feel I made the right choice & we ended up with a good result.
Upmarket estate agency who have done a good job of improving the street level frontage what is a rather ugly building in an otherwise Regency area of the town.
