A particular thank you to Gemma, Annie and Emma, who were all switched on, responsive and genuinely engaged. Emma, who assisted with the viewings on the day, was especially patient and kind, and handled everything with warmth and good humour. She made what can often be a tiring process feel far more like a pleasure than a chore.

A truly excellent team, never was a call or email unanswered, continuously kept updated and everything with the sale of our home was taken care of perfectly. If you are looking to sell your property look no further than Roscoe Rogers and Knight, by far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.
24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings

All of the team were helpful, attentive, professional and friendly at all times. They worked with us to communicate with our vendors and were always happy to do everything they could for us. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
