3rd Sep 2024 (20 weeks ago)We recently bought our lovely house through Williams, and found them to be very friendly and helpful. Ben showed us around three properties. He listened to what we said, and quickly tuned in to what we wanted. During the course of the purchase we revisited the property two or three times, and the Williams team were always friendly and obliging. The icing on the cake was when they very kindly came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the house shorly after moving in. Thank you, Williams, you have been superstars. Elaine and Phil Smith

6th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)We've had a tough time looking for a new property. Even the estate agent we are selling with couldn't be bothered to send us any details before they were posted on Rightmove. Not at Pittis. As soon as I registered interest in a property with them, Kiri & Ross worked hard to suggest more to me. They had me in to view 2 properties before anyone else. Viewings were done in a very professional manner and we felt like our feedback was taken on board. Although we didn't end up buying through Pittis we will definitely be using them to sell for us in the future.

We rented the property out prior to selling & used Seafields to manage this for us. Jo & Frances in the lettings team took good care of our rental & took the stress out of being a landlord arranging anything we needed along the way. We would highly recommend Seafields to look after buying, selling or renting your property.

3rd Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

17th Apr 2024 (9 mo. ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

They went above and beyond, working closely with all the other agents to ensure clear lines of communication and that any queries across the chain could be dealt with swiftly to keep things moving, reducing as much stress as possible. We certainly felt HRD worked in our best interests at all times with Louise and Maddie always taking our calls, keeping us updated and replying swiftly to emails. The end result was a successful move. Would highly recommend their service as Agents.
