1st Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)All the sales team were very helpful and thorough in the marketing and securing of a buyer for us. We received weekly updates on progress from Amy Dilworth and Lucas, in the Kendal office, which was very reassuring and helpful.

16th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Farrell Heyworth have to be amongst the worst letting agents in the North-West. I have been forced to give them 1 star as it is impossible to leave them ‘zero’. They have habitually made mistakes in the management of my property, costing me hundreds of pounds over the 9 years they have ‘managed’ the property. I am finally rid of them, to discover they cannot locate the house keys. The employee who undertook the inventory failed to return the keys to the office and went on annual leave! They have failed to take final meter readings because they allege they cannot find the meters, despite mentioning the meters in the inventory report and taking them on many occasions in the past. There is absolutely nothing I can say that is positive about FH. Use anybody but them, if you need a letting agent!
