Her proactive attitude ensured those sleepy solicitors were constantly kept moving by her well organised and time conscious process.<br>Her communication and experience to the administration process was totally on point!<br>Massive thank you to Marcy and the whole team generally! Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

Helen, Charlotte and Emily .<br>From start to finish, they provided a professional, friendly, and seamless service.They kept me up-to date every step of the way.<br>Moving house is stressful but they were on hand to answer any questions as they arose.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for making my sale such a positive experience.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Very fair, clear, professional but also friendly. I was an overseas landlord and never once worried about my property or rent. They helped me choose my tenants and they were impeccable!<br>Thank you for making my experience so easy and straightforward. I will definitely be using this agency again in the future!

14th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience
