12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.
12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't praise Hunters Estate Agents in Bishop Auckland highly enough. Adam, Ella and their team add a personal touch and great professionalism to the difficult and emotional process of selling your home. The whole team was very communicative, fair and pleasant to deal with all the way through the process, from valuing our property to after-sales service. We got to know them through our neighour's recomendation and we would only use them again and I can whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone with a property to sell.
5th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10
14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The house looked great on line had plenty of viewing arranged with no problems staff pleasant when you phoned them the only thing I didn’t agree with was the cost being a fixed price so my house was only modest price but I payed Same as someone selling for double or even triple mine but I’m so pleased it is going through hopefully

28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)We sold our house last year through your move darlington and were delighted with the service and support we received every step of the way. Due to a change of circumstances during the sale we were also looking for a property to rent and as we were so happy with everyone we had already dealt we decided to use them for our rental. The sales and lettings department worked fantastically together and managed to keep the sale of our house going and found us an excellent rental property. I have spoken with Andrea in maintenance on a number of occasions and no matter whether its a small problem or something bigger she is always happy to help, has jobs organised and carried out to a high standard and in a very reasonable time frame. Her communication is excellent and thorough in all cases.

8th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Great experience with Hegartys. All of the staff at the branch are lovely, friendly and super helpful. We did have a few issues with our photos which couldn’t be helped (technology), however I always believe it’s how these situations are dealt with which matters and Hegartys were great. Our property sold within a day or 2 of being on the market and it sold above asking price. Hegartys did value our property higher than what we decided to go on the market with which shows their valuation was accurate.

Communication is always relevant & timely. Their Support, guidance & knowledge of the process I found invaluable. If I ever needed to move house again then these are the first people I would call. I would highly recommend Moovd to everyone & anyone planning a move.

From our initial meeting with Ryan, it was clear he understood the housing marking inside out and it was a no-brainer to make the switch from our original agent. Despite the house taking longer to sell than either of us anticipated, Ryan and his team worked relentlessly to support us with bringing people through the door and provided regular insights and updates on the market and our own position within it. Though we didn't use it personally, the supported viewings were just one service that set Ryan James apart from their competitors - it was evident that the importance of customer service was paramount to both Ryan and his staff. That is where (I believe) Ryan has excelled, he has recruited a team with the same growth mindset and who understand his vision perfectly. Our initial interactions were with Ellie, who was an absolute joy to deal with. Whatever the conversation, every phone call with Ellie left me feeling like I'd received my daily dose of positivity. She is the epitome of perfect customer service, I wish her sunny nature and enthusiasm could be bottled for tough days! Further along in the process I had the pleasure of dealing with Gill, who had our best interests at heart at every turn. An excellent communicator and our voice of reason, she was a first-class negotiator who encouraged me to consider the questions others would have left unsaid. Stepping into the housing market ring, there is no-one I would rather have had in my corner, she is the ultimate warrior and deserves every ounce of my praise and respect for being the consummate professional, both in and out of hours! There is no doubt that Ryan James is a brand that is a serious contender in it's field and one that I am grateful to have had the pleasure to deal with. Although I have no desire to move again any time soon, I look forward to watching this company grow from strength to strength and wish them every success in doing so.
