The sale was very quick (within 2.5wks) and we were pleased with the price (only 7K off its maximum value, we possibly could have held out for more but wanted a quick sale). Also we got sound advice every time we asked for it, si felt supported through the process. Our agent got back to us incredibly quickly whenever we had questions or submitted anything.
5th Apr 2025 (10 mo. ago)My house has been o the market for more than 40 weeks. I have had no one come to see the property except a random couple who knocked on my door and asked if they could look at my house. I have now withdrawn the house from the market
26th Aug 2025 (24 weeks ago)Zero feedback from viewings, failed to answer emails, gave the impression they were not interested in selling the property.
7th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)we had four different people conducting the viewings, one turned up late so the people were left outside then when she was showing them around with us sitting quietly in the kitchen she brought them into the room and announced this is the kitchen - no pointing out the boiler, pantry, details of the cooking etc., i thought this was very unprofessional. the only updates we got (apart from one three weeks in) were when i phoned the office. the newest girl was very good but the rest i would say were poor.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
