9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Excellent experience with William brown ( Boston ) from start to finish. Ms Katrina Baker who had contact with guided me through the process and showed me round property. Katrina has also patience and kind whilst I was getting my references as well as different times of communication because I work night / day shifts. Overall Katrina is fab and william brown ( Boston ) great service all round. Highly recommended.

22nd Jul 2024 (5 days ago)We did a few viewings ourselves which we didn’t want to do but it was my husband who finally sold the property with a viewing. After sales communication was poor with us having to chase for information and often no one taking responsibility for the sale which became frustrating. Over priced for limited work Next time we will use purple bricks who our sellers sold with and we’re fantastic to deal with.

From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. A special mention to Sian Bedford and Alisha Hate who have been instrumental in ensuring our sale and onward purchase have happened. They’ve made an extremely stressful process less stressful and have done everything they can to help along the way. Couldn’t recommend them and the whole team who have helped enough. Thanks all!!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

It was around 1800s & quite unique but the entire team pulled together to get the viewers through the door. Also, they dealt with the purchase of our new property keeping us up to date all along the way. We'd have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Thanks again guys.

We dealt mainly with Daniel, and he was extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain any parts of the process that we were unsure of. Would definitely recommend Oxford Family Estates, they made purchasing our first home as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Fantastic photography and got property up and running to the highest standards . Great communication with in the team and the passion . Competitive and determined to do all they can to be the best . I was informed constantly which I liked . With having a bad experience with their competitors for 6 months. I was only with Lovelle for 2 weeks they got stuck in and sold my property . Wow what a fantastic team Well done ladies you are simply the best .
