Shilpa is a truly outstanding leader with a wealth of experience. Without her dedication and hard work, the sale of my house would not have been completed. She leads an incredible team, including Kevin, Jay, and Lauren, who have all been extremely helpful and professional throughout my journey. Every interaction with the team was marked by their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine support. They made what could have been a stressful process much smoother and more manageable. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and wish them continued success in the future. Thank you once again for your help in completing the sale of my house on Orchard Grove.

From the very beginning, she guided us through every step of the process, patiently explaining all the documents and requirements needed. Her accommodating nature and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been an overwhelming task into an enjoyable journey. The agency and property management were very helpful.. gave me good advice on how to move forward and also offered another flat that was available at the time. I have now moved into my new flat Everything happened in a timely manner and overall I'm very happy with the service provided.
10th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)We recently sold our house and bought our next home with Sharman Burgess and we cannot fault the experience we received, the sale was so quick and we had absolutely amazing service provided throughout and would totally recommend the company to anyone buying or selling in the local area. Really speedy service and everyone is very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much!

She was also great with my kids during the viewings - clearly prepared to go the extra mile Kept me in touch through the process and the tenant system used (goodlord) was easy to work through and gave good visibility

My Tenancy Manager (Hannah) is always quick to resolve my issues. I’m super glad I rented my apartment from them. I highly recommend Tritsam without any doubt.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

26th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)We chose Minors and Brady after the valuer did a good talk, which we unfortunately fell for! When the valuer suggested we market our property at between £410,000 to £425,000, which we thought was over priced and told him why. As we wanted a quickish sale we suggested that it be marketed for overs in excess of £395,000, the valuer said they would have no problems selling at this price. He said they had their own staff who would do the viewings and someone would be in contact with us to pop round and see the property so they knew what they were selling. We made it quite clear that we only wanted viewings from purchasers who were on the market after having time wasters last time we sold our property, even someone making a viewing appointment as they wanted to see our kitchen island! We said that we were going away for 3 weeks and did not want the house on the market whilst we were away so we would only be signing up with them for 8 weeks. As the valuer had told us they would have no problem selling at our suggested price then 8 weeks wouldn’t be a problem. We noticed a few days later that instead of signing us up for 8 weeks, as agreed, he had signed us up for 20 weeks, which he didn’t tell us about. However after contacting Minors and Brady they were happy to drop this to two months, as agreed before we signed up. I had plenty of updates from GetAgent but didn’t hear anything from Minors and Brady for the first few weeks. When I rang their office regarding the contract tie in date, I was told how many clicks etc our property had received and he would email the information over, which I never received. Four weeks later we had no one contact us about arranging to come round and see the property so they could see what they were selling, as we were told would happen and still not had one viewing. We had a call from the agents suggesting we drop to offers in between £375,000 and £400,000; so the price had been dropped by £50,000 from their initial suggested valuation in a month despite the valuer saying they would have no problems selling our property at the suggested price! After 5 weeks we received a call to arrange a viewing, I asked what the purchasers situation was, and he asked what I meant, when he was fully aware of what I meant. I said what is the purchasers status. I could tell I was just about to be fed a load of lies by his stuttering. He said let me get his information up on the system. After waiting, he told me where the purchaser lived and said he was on the market. I said I couldn’t do the day he suggested due to furniture being delivered but could do any other day, but pointed out as he hadn’t sold there was no rush. He said that there was a rush as the purchaser was having lots of viewings and lots of viewings booked in so it looks like he will sell over the next few days. I arranged a date a couple of days later. He also asked if I was happy to do the viewing, despite being told initially that they had dedicated staff to carry out the viewings, but as I was keen to have a viewing I agreed to do it. I was very dubious about the information I had been led to believe so checked the details on Rightmove to discover that there was not any properties for sale on the road he had given me. I emailed the manager, who I had to chase for a response, who confirmed that I had been lied to, as I suspected, the purchaser didn’t have his property on the market so he didn’t have a lot of viewings booked in, which is probably why Minors and Brady staff didn’t want to waste their time travelling to me to carry out the viewing but was quite happy for me to waste my time to carry out the valuation. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Minors and Brady. What was promised has never materialised and having a member of staff quite blatantly lie to us is totally unacceptable. Even after bringing this to the managers attention I have received no response, so he obviously thinks it is acceptable for members of his staff to lie! Under the circumstances I would not recommend Minor's and Brady
