As everyone knows buying a house can be slow and stressful, but with the help of Kirsty and Sam we managed to buy a house within 2 months. They kept on top of contacting the people needed for the exchange and kept us informed all the way. A big thank you for helping us move into our first home, will we be coming to you again if another house move is needed??

Always make sure you come to the viewing as some people are disappointed when they bid and they don't get what they want. Also there are fees of up to 45% on some items so be careful. Also the auction place could do with a description on the items as there isn't one. But the collection staff are always nice and helpful

Special thanks to Raji Bhangra who made our stay very enjoyable. Raji has been very supportive and was always reachable to solve any issues. We only had to leave the house for a bigger house. I would definitely recomment PL

But no, emails not answered and messages not passed on. Had to keep chasing them for information I had requested. Not impressed.

23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)My belief is that you can never be really sure how good a company is until things go wrong, then judge them on their reaction. The first sale was straight forward, to be fair the staff at Sharman Burgess performed to a standard you would expect from any estate agent, unfortunately this sale fell through due to external factors however fortunately Michelle and her colleagues proved their professionalism and expertise, displaying extensive knowledge of their client base and customer resolving the situation with apparent consummate ease. Throughout the entire process Sharman Burgess have displayed excellent communication, professionalism and indeed patience towards us. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody contemplating a house sale and would certainly use them again in the future. thank you

My husband and I are very grateful to her as she answered all of our queries and made sure we understood everything. We can’t think Rebecca enough, she’s been amazing throughout this whole process of moving into our new home! I would 100% recommend Rebecca and William H Brown to anyone looking for a home.- 3rd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)I have to post this and appraise the staff at William H Brown in Spalding and the entire branch. Each problem that came up was never a trouble for the staff, it has been addressed and sorted appropriately and very fast, too. Nothing is too much for them and they are always there to help. 6th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)I have dealt with the Your Move Doncaster branch since 2013, and I have always had a great experience. Most of this time was to let out my property in Doncaster - the service received from Emma, Liz and the lettings team was always professional and on the rare occasions a tenant left they always had a new tenant ready to move in straight away. More recently my experience has been around selling the same property, again the service from Katie, Holly and the sales team has also been fantastic. It was quite a slow sale but they were always on hand to chase things up and answer any questions. Basically, I would 100% recommend the Your Move Doncaster branch!

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
