Our purchase was quite unique with some significant challenges throughout the purchase, through no fault of anyone, but Julie and Hayden were great in ensuring lines of communication remained transparent. 8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.- 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Josh has been brilliant with ensuring a smooth transition for my new tenants. I have been extremely pleased with the service. He usually replies immediately and has gone out of his way to run around for me given that I am nearly two hours away from the property. Thank you xx

A very good thing Molly did was to periodically chase up both my and the buyer's solicitors, which was extremely helpful in getting the sale through promptly. I was very happy with the service I received and woulkd happily recommend Choice Properties.

Nothing was too much for them. The only reason I gave 3 stars for value for money is that I think Estate Agents fees (all of them) are too high. I would 100% recommend Starkey and Brown. Nothing was too much, he gave his all and helped and updated me constantly. I am so very grateful for everything he did and the support I got before during & after I got my tenancy agreement. I had dealing with a couple of others at Connells and they too were amazing. Thank you James for everything, I highly recommend Connells.
