I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.

21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I went through William H Brown to view houses. When i viewed one house in witwell it was decrepit and upon leaving the house an Agent Naomi said that she would give me a call for an update on getting back to the landlord and then never did. I had to keep chasing up for updates and i didnt feel like i was looked after at all. I phoned in a couple days later to find out the house had been taken already by another agency but i never got an update to tell me. I then went to connells and met the lovely freya and yasmin who showed me a great house that i then put a holding deposit down all because of their great hospitality. If you want great customer service id look across the street -10/10

Angie who co-ordinated the sale was brilliant. Communication was frequent and useful and she was very proactive in her advice to help the sale go through as quickly and efficiently as possible.

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.
