After reading through some of the reviews it's mind boggling how some people receive an excellent service and some don't. Unfortunately our experience is hugely disappointing. We still receive emails about viewings for a property we don't live in and are still waiting for a sizeable deposit back from a rental. The utter lack of communication in the office is astonishing.
