At all times we received excellent advice and strategies for selling a niche house in what is a buyers market at present. The service and personal attention received, certainly surpassed our expectations and we would only use Savills in future. A special thank you to Melissa who has been truly amazing throughout. She is an excellent communicator, very friendly and kept us extremely well informed throughout the process, liaising with our buyers and also both Solicitors. Thank you again Melissa and also the rest of the team. I really don’t think you could have been more incredible.

All the way from the start from valuing our property to our final completion, the staff have been very efficient with their communion and answering any of our queries. 7th Jul 2025 (19 weeks ago)we had four different people conducting the viewings, one turned up late so the people were left outside then when she was showing them around with us sitting quietly in the kitchen she brought them into the room and announced this is the kitchen - no pointing out the boiler, pantry, details of the cooking etc., i thought this was very unprofessional. the only updates we got (apart from one three weeks in) were when i phoned the office. the newest girl was very good but the rest i would say were poor.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all.
