As to the reply below, I was emailed that I would get an update close of day today 18.09.2024. I rang up and was told a person put down a holding fee, so no there was no miscommunication nor was I told a couple of days, saw the property last week mid week so I gave it a few days. So thank you for the reply, however I was told that someone had put a holding fee down and was also told if they do no proceed within a week can then told about it to try again, only when I called up about the AD. So you have been misinformed of the information I have been given.
Awful customer service, put an application in and told you'll be updated. Not only are you not updated but you are then lied to. Instead of having the common decency to tell you whether or not your successful you have to find out by the ad being removed. If this is how they handle vetting processes I would hate to think how they actually manage the properties, say for instance you needed repairs. Truly upsetting doesn't begin to describe how this is. I am appalled at how the Agent handled this and hope no one else has to go through that kind of jumping through hoops for a simple answer, do not string people along just because you can't give someone upsetting news. I would have been fine being told sorry you are unsuccessful but to have no information and to find out via the ad being taken down is appalling... Read more
