Feeling very disappointed and let down with the service I received as a buyer it seems I have lost out on a property because I wasn't given the opportunity to increase my offer until it was too late, I was under the impression estate agents were supposed to get the best offer for their client........ Seems not
After 20 years in the property industry I thought I had seen everything but no Bairstow Eves in Horncastle showed me the reason some agents get a bad name!!! Lack of communication, incompetent and rude staff, with one lie after another until the icing on the cake led to them ignoring my phone calls and leaving the phone to ring as they have caller display and didn't want to discuss a purchase they had messed up. Knowing they were in led to my partner going into the office as I rang and rang and rang!! Still they ignored the phone so my partner asked if they wanted to answer the call only to be told, no thanks we know who it is so we'll speak to her later, without realising who he was!!! Great customer service. ...not!!! Would we recommend them to anyone? ??? Absolutely not!!!! Definitely to be avoided unless you want a poor service, no communication, lies and generally waste your time and money! !!

Friendly and helpful staff, who helped me firstly buy my apartment in 2007 then sell it in 2014. Both times they made the process easy and as stress free as possible. I high recommend this small but effective estate agent firm.

Newton and Fallowell was not our estate agents, they were selling the house we were buying. Saying that they did more for us than our own estate agents and if it was not for them we would have never moved. They were always happy to help, extremely friendly and so very kind and understanding. We can not thank them enough and could not rate them any higher. Spilsby is so very lucky to have such great people as their estate agents.
Would recommend, they were always helpful and worked out of hours when we couldn't do the viewings.
I made a 2hr drive to view a property with hunters spilsby.i asked for an application and got told they didn't have a printer or a fax machine!!!they told me they would email me which I waited for which never came.i rang and left messages with no reply.if I was not suitable they could have had the decency to tell me.and I'm a professional!im not on benefits or have a pet etc.very bad experience!i don't know how they are an estate agents at all.
