Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making everything feel smooth and stress-free. They clearly have a strong understanding of the local market and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chloe & Eleanor have recently handled the marketing of our property. They have been very professional and have sold our property. Along the way we were provided with lots of updates, both by email and phone calls. We agreed a fixed rate which left no surprises at the end. We also used their solicitors to give us the whole service. In all we were very pleased with the way the whole process went.

The videos they do for your property are fantastic, they really show your property at its best. Our sale was not the most easiest ,however the staff at Clive Pearce helped and supported us all the way through, especially Alex ,Darren and Fenella. We would highly recommend using Clive Pearce to everyone for their professionalism and also their helpfulness all the way through the process

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
